FIRST HALF CHAMPIONS

The St. Cloud Rox clinched a first half Great Plains West title last night. St. Cloud has the most wins in the Northwoods League with 22 victories and also have the best pitching staff in terms of ERA (3.19), K/9 (10.05), and walks allowed (130).

The Rox also have one of the top offenses in the league to bring them to first half hardware. The Rox are second in home runs (27), third in SLG% (.396), and eighth in stolen bases (90).

PROBABLE STARTERS (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)

STC- JP Robertson will make the start in the finale of the home stand tonight. Robertson is 2-0 this season across five starts. Robertson has a 2.35 ERA in 23 innings with 27 strikeouts and 12 walks. Against Bismarck this season, he has pitched 9.1 innings with 15 strikeouts and four walks and has not allowed an earned run.

BIS- Ryan Radkey will start in the series finale for Bismarck. Radkey has been lights-out so far this year, holding a 1.74 ERA in six starts across 31 innings pitched. Radkey has struck out 17, walked 11, and allowed 23 hits across his outings this season for a WHIP of 1.10. In two starts against St. Cloud, he has pitched 11 innings of one-run ball with six strikeouts and only two walks in two no-decisions (St. Cloud won 4-1 and 2-1).
